Filter Market will accept returned goods that are unopened and undamaged within 6 months of the purchase date for exchange or refund (minus shipping charges). Call or email us to obtain an RMA number and return instructions. If the filters were damaged in shipping please contact us immediately for instructions. To return filters simply follow the directions found on the Return Form. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
